    Delivery times are in terms of business days. Delivery times are given as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by rural location, stock availability, shipping delays or payment issues. 

    We currently only provide shipping within Europe through our online store, and within India through our store builteditions.in. For other shipping possibilities outside of Europe/India please contact us. We do not cover the cost of individual countries import sales taxes and it is not included in your shipping costs. 

    Minimum delivery timeline is 3 working days and maximum delivery timeline is 10 weeks, depending on the order. For furniture items we will contact you before dispatching the shipment to coordinate the delivery date. 


    Damaged of Incorrect Delivery Policy

    All items are thoroughly checked for quality prior to shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt of the product to start the replacement process. 

    Only faulty products with the following conditions can be returned; 

    - a wrong product has been dispatched;
    - the product contains a quality or manufacturing defect;
    - the product is received in a damaged condition;

    All our products are made by craftspeople and can show slight variations, natural marks, patina, grain and figures that are intentional to the design and not considered as defects or faults. 

    Return process should be initiated within 5 working days of receipt of your product. The time frame for return is calculated as per the confirmation of delivery received from our logistics team or courier partners. We will send you a replacement product after we have received the damaged or incorrect product from you.  

  • Returns

    In case you change your mind on a purchased product from our stock collection, you can exchange or return your product within 15 days after delivery. Made-to-order products can not be returned.

    Once we receive your returned product, a refund will be processed immediately through your initial payment method. Return payments can take 5 to 10 working days to reflect on your account. 

    Cancellation and returns for products we keep in stock after 15 days will only be refunded in the form of store credits.

    All returns are only accepted on the condition the initial product is returned to us without any damages. The time frame for return is calculated as per the confirmation of delivery received from our logistics team or courier partners. 

    We do not refund the cost of shipping, only cost of item. Shipping costs are only refunded if you received faulty items. 

    Shipping of a return/exchange will be at your own cost.  We do not accept liability for lost packages sent to us by you. For security we recommend that you use track and trace.

    Please note that cancellation of your order after it has been dispatched for shipping cannot be processed as we are unable to interrupt the delivery process. When the package arrives you have 15 days to have the package returned and get a refund.

  • Cancellation and Exchange Policy

    All made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Manufacturing of your products will start 24h after receipt of payment, allowing you to modify or cancel your order within 24h of payment. Post this time frame your order is considered final and any cancellation / returns / refunds is non-eligible.

    In case you cancel a made-to-order product within the 24h timeframe, we will process the refund amount immediately through your initial payment method.

    For modifications of your made-to-order product within the 24h timeframe that result in a revised payable amount less than the initial payment, a refund of the difference will be processed immediately through your initial payment method. Return payments can take 5 to 10 working days to reflect on your account. 

    If the revised payable amount exceeds the previous billed amount, you need to process the same within this period, to confirm the modified order. If not done so, the previous order will be considered as final and processed accordingly.
